About Walton Orthodontics
Dr Walton obtained his BChD degree (dentistry) from the University of the Western Cape in 2005. He pursued his passion for orthodontics, obtaining his postgraduate diploma in orthodontics in 2011 also from the University of the Western Cape. He then went on to complete his postgraduate masters degree in orthodontics at UWC in 2021.
Dr Walton has served in the oral health department of the South African Military Health Services since 2007.
Dr Walton is a professional member of the South African Society of Orthodontists and a registered specialist in orthodontics with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. From 2023-2024 he served as Secretary for the South African Society of Orthodontists (SASO).
Dr Walton is a husband and the father of two beautiful children. He enjoys spending his free time on his motorcycle, playing golf or taking part in competitive shooting.
