South Pole Studio

Established in 2019, South Pole is a studio focused on pole and aerial dance as an art form. Offering choreography, technique, dance and flexibility classes. We aim to develop all-round pole dancers and performers. The owner Tiina O’Connor is a certified pole dance instructor, a 200 hour qualified yoga teacher, and a certified fitness trainer from Hamburg, Germany. Coming from a professional ballet and contemporary dance background, having started her dance journey at the age of five, this has always been her true Passion. Having trained and taught pole locally and internationally, opening her own studio to pass on her love for pole dance has been a long time dream. As much as she enjoys performing and being on stage, she finds true pleasure in teaching. Sharing her experience and knowledge and seeing her students progress and succeed have become profound parts of her life.
