Pre-Construction
This phase includes providing detailed information and guidance while building a house, helping home builders through close personal interaction with our clients. We facilitate and advise on the process, and building services planning and budgets to ensure the lowest costs, create a framework to stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Construction
Working with trusted labour, subcontractors and other professionals in building a house, building services in a detailed project management plan, we keep all role players accountable to home builders throughout the entire build. From sequence to production, cost and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site clean-up, systems check, final inspections and move-in coordination. For home builders building a house, the final phase of building services is near. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction. Project cost, quality management and legislative compliance are finalized with the client.
