Harcourts Real Estate - Voëlklip, Hermanus

"Harcourts Hermanus set foot in the Overstrand in August 2017 and has grown exponentially, proving itself to all its clients and the community that we believe in excellent service. Our team has one purpose in mind, which is to add value wherever we go. As the area specialist for Harcourts in Voëlklip, part of the services that I offer for free is to do Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to give sellers an indication of the market trends in their area. This should assist you to make an informed decision to list you property at the price the market is prepared to pay for your property as buyers determine the price of properties. The longer a property get's stuck on the market at an unreasonable price, the lower the selling price will be at the end. For buyers, I strive to get the property that they want to acquire - even if it is not for sale!"
