Four and One Consulting

Four and One Consulting helps business leaders ensure that their people are capacitated to execute against business strategy in an increasingly complex and competitive working landscape. Your people are often your highest fixed operational expense - and their productivity levels can make or break your business. Leveraging benchmark research and analytics, together with a unique blend of business management and behavioural psychology principles, Four and One Consulting partners organisations to grow their people by identifying and addressing performance barriers, whilst simultaneously increasing businesses output. What we do: We help organisations get the best out of their people and get the best out of their technologies. Four and One Consulting specialises in driving business growth in two distinct areas; (i) Driving personal growth and performance We do this by enabling your people to take greater ownership of their work and by helping them identify a greater sense of ‘self’ within what they do and why they do it. All the while increasing their individual job role output. Through our research we have found that a person can significantly improve their job performance by increasing their level of job related psychological ownership. (ii) Driving digital adoption We take a bespoke behavioural view in ensuring that people possess the skills and capabilities to effectively engage digital systems. This, together with an enabling environment, we believe, is of utmost importance when we consider that less than 30%1 of professionals admit they are unable to effectively use their digital systems. If your business is ready to grow its people whilst increasing the businesses output in an ever changing and competitive world, Four and One Consulting is ready to assist.
