De Klerk Turner Incorporated (De Klerk Turner Attorneys & Notaries) is a boutique, litigation-led commercial law firm in Cape Town, founded by directors Jason de Klerk and Tygue Turner. Every matter is handled directly by a director from intake to conclusion — there are no hand-offs to junior staff, so clients deal with a decision-maker at every stage. The firm works across four practice areas: Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution — our flagship practice: High Court litigation, contractual and shareholder disputes (including section 163 relief), urgent applications and interdicts, anti-dissipation orders, tender and procurement disputes, debt recovery, arbitration, mediation, and appeals to the Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. We litigate insolvency and business-rescue matters for creditors, directors and affected parties, but do not accept appointments as liquidator or business rescue practitioner. Property — commercial lease disputes, evictions, sectional-title and CSOS disputes, and property litigation. We advise on sale and lease agreements; we are not conveyancers, so transfers are attended to by briefed conveyancing correspondents. Estates & Trusts — deceased estate administration, estate duty planning, wills, trust formation and governance, and curatorship applications (curator bonis and curator ad personam). Notarial Services — antenuptial contracts, notarial bonds and leases, authentications and apostilles, handled in-house by our practising notary public.
