Urbanatomy Interior Design

Opening Urbanatomy in 2006 was a natural progression for me. I had been involved in design on an elemental level designing custom made furniture when I noticed a trend developing in the design industry. From companies to residential home owners, society was moving away from the generic design offered by large design studios, in search of something tailored to their individual needs. I recognized a need for the innovative design and personal attention that can only be offered by an assiduous, bespoke design studio, and since then I have devoted my love for beautiful spaces to ensuring Urbanatomy attains the highest standards in Interior Design, with the focus on creating surroundings that truly reflect their owners' personality.

My company has been involved in a variety of projects including residential, commercial and retail assignments.
In 2007, I began to focus on the hospitality industry and commercial trade, and have since worked on numerous hotel projects including the international hotel group IFA with its expansion of Fairmont at Zimbali in KZN, and the Hotel 224 in Pretoria.

I have successfully built an admirable reputation based on trust, and the formulation of long-term relationships with my clients as well as my vendors. Having gained valuable experience in project management, I am fully equipped to deal with all aspects of design efficiently and accurately. I maintain that leaving a lasting impression with my clients is of paramount importance and I strive for service excellence and absolute dedication.

To me, designing is more than a career, there is always an air of anticipation and delight when a new project kicks into gear, much like that feeling you get as a child on Christmas morning. The elements of design eloquently combine like the notes of a symphony, creating a feast for the eyes, and a haven for the soul. Brining that sentiment to life is my profession.
