We are a Ballroom, Latin American, Hip-Hop; Fitness and Social dance studio in Halfway House Midrand.

We offer dance lessons for the entire family, so the kids and grandma can also join in the fun.

We offer private lessons where you learn at your own pace as well as group lessons where you have fun while learning with others.
We top it off with social evenings on Wednesday's where you get to practice and show off what you've learnt.

Our Rhythm Fitness classes are a combination of Solo Latin and aerobics. This is ideal for losing weight or just staying fit.

For everyone's convenience we are available for lessons Monday to Friday 10am-10pm and Saturdays on request.
