Companies Subscription R500.00 /$50.00 Comprehensive information on Redlisted is only limited to Subscribers. Non subscribers can view headings and company or individual name. The above fee is an annual registration fee for companies to receive all complaints and be able to sort out complaints with their customers. All registered companies will receive a monthly report with list of complaints and expect summary advice from customer service and complaint handling expects. Your Annual Subscription includes: • Registration and set up • Email Notification: Immediate notification by email each time Redlisted.biz receives a report with your name in the Supplier field. • Customer's Contact Details: Each report is submitted with a username. Companies Who Respond receive name, email and telephone number of customer. • SMS Notification: In addition to the email notification you have the option to receive a FREE SMS on your cellphone alerting you to reports on the site (only available in South Africa and Zimbabwe). • Supplier's Response: The right to reply.
