One on One Real Estate came about in July 2008 after the Principals, David Steenkamp and Deborah Steenkamp, at the time, accumulated more than 12 years experience in the Real Estate industry with some of the top Estate Agencies in Gauteng. Being involved in not only residential sales and rentals, but have also taken on numerous developments over the past years and have worked with the selling of properties in possession from all four major banks. David and Debbie have achieved “Platinum” status, amongst others, with one of the larger real estate companies in the country and have won numerous awards over the past years for extraordinary performance, most unit sales and highest turnover. Since originating in the Midrand area, One On One Real Estate has recently expanded into Centurion and Hartebeespoortdam areas. The company has also introduced a rental and rental management division, offering value added services to Landlords and Tenants alike.
