* 2 Years Manufacturer's limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 12 months warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the Warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. You agree to all of the above-listed policies upon ordering on Lounge Designer!
* Since the products renovate continuously, there allows a difference between the pictures with the real products on color and please refer to the real ones and request accurate dimensions.
SHIPPING:

* Brand New couches also available in-store for immediate delivery or next day delivery.
* Delivery Available (PLEASE ASK BEFORE PURCHASING)
* For Fabric & Leather couches, we take up to 2 weeks to manufacture and deliver furniture in Gauteng.
* Custom Furniture is hand made to order allow at least 14 days for delivery of this item i.e. colour, materials & designs etc.
* Customers from the rest of the serviced cities, we take up to 3 weeks to manufacture & deliver the furniture. For Genuine Leather Sofas, we take up to 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver the furniture to all cities.
* A delivery fee applies from places located within 10km radius from the shop.
