LaDes Holdings

We recruit well groomed and experienced staff that can provide banqueting, silver service, cleaners/housekeeping, and barman and kitchen hands at a moment’s notice. Our management teams are experienced hospitality professionals who know and understand the industry and also appreciate the needs of both our clients and staff, they expect high standards of professionalism from every member of the team, insuring that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients at all times. We offer customized recruitment to all our clients and customers because we always consult before we recruit, the clients send us a request for staff in a form of a job specification, we therefore meet the client in person and have a briefing so that we can understand their corporate culture and deliver according to the way it was specified by a client.
