COMPANY BACKROUND

Kalebogile Enterprise (PTY) LTD is duly registered as a Proprietary Limited in accordance with DTI's Company and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) in 2015. It is 100% owned by historically disadvantaged individuals with full local content. The company is registered with SARS for an income tax purpose its references numbers is 9137239225. The Company is currently waiting for CIDB.

The company has the capacity to handle most projects due to its ability to obtain resources. We intend to employ local semi-skilled and skilled labours to handle most to the envisage projects. In this way, we will reduce unemployment and pursue the objectives of local economic development.

In this way we lay foundation to enable our clients to move forward and successfully build and create their own.

STAFF
The current staff complement comprises of 100% black employees. Each site is under the supervision of a senior black employee and assisted by team leaders. We generally employ a labour force from within the community closest to the operation so as to minimize traveling expenses for our employees as well as maintaining the family unit. This also has a positive economic effect on the community as close family members are all employed. The company is also notified of any problems being experienced by an employee who can be supported immediately if the need arises.
As a small company we have developed meaningful and long term relationships with our employees and the communication channels are very strong.

OUR SERVICES
We offer an industrial cleaning service tailored to our clients' needs, even if this means operating at odd hours of the day and night, seven days per week throughout the year.
All our operations are supervised and designed to be cost effective to our clients' individual needs and we continuously revise our cleaning programmes by being active participants in the running of our clients' operation.
The manual cleaning of roadways, parking areas, warehouses etc. is done in conjunction with mechanical road sweepers.
We also clean ablution facilities, offices, kitchens and in some instances raw material bunkers.
