We administer all Traffic Fines received from your fleet of vehicles, ensuring that fines are paid on time or directed to the relevant driver. Ascertain the validity of charges in terms of the National Road Traffic Act. Correspond with relevant Traffic Departments and Department of Justice on behalf of the client. Monitor Drivers in terms of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act (AARTO) through record keeping of Demerit points as well as informing clients when Driving Licences, Vehicle Licences, Professional Driving Permits and roadworthy tests are due. Assist with prosecution or chairing of disciplinary hearings due to road traffic offences and collisions. Advise on all matters relating to AARTO and the demerit point system for operators and drivers.
