Life can present us with many difficult circumstances, which present us with many emotional, sometimes intense feelings. These emotions or feelings can influence our daily lives. I am a Registered Psychological Counsellor who offers a safe therapeutic environment, where an individual can share without fear of judgement. I work with children, adolescents and adults, English and Afrikaans speaking, who are experiencing various emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties. While my approach stems from Person-centered Therapy (PCT), I draw from various psychological paradigms to fit the needs of my client. I am a member of BHF global which allows me to charge standard medical aid rates.
