Chiropractor - Dr Lauren Forbes

Dr Lauren Forbes obtained her Masters Degree in Chiropractic from the Durban University of Technology. Dr Forbes has gained vast experience from working in two highly renowned Chiropactic Practices in Sandton, Johannesburg. Dr Forbes worked in a family based Practice in Morningside treating paediatrics to highly successful international sportmen. She also went on to work at the Discovery Health Head Office as their internal Chiropractor focusing on corporate health and ergonomics.

Dr Lauren Forbes has experience in treating all neuromuscular conditions including, but not limited to, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, migraines, whiplash, nerve root entrapments, joint pain, sporting injuries, infantile colic and reflux.

Treatment plans include chiropractic joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, heat and cryotherapy, kinesiotape, stretching and strengthening exercises
