At Aquatrade Water Treatment, we have over 30 years’ experience of local water treatment challenges and needs. Our In-house chemistry capabilities allow us to support our clients in doing water audits on most water and industrial processes and select suitable treatment regimens from our comprehensive existing chemical range. We furthermore have the know how to formulate and test products to cater for client specific needs. In particular, we developed over the past 10 years, highly effective RO and UF membrane cleaners, which has allowed our clients to prolong membrane life and improve overall plant efficiency. Our product development capacity locally is unique and a huge benefit to our clients. We utilize pilot plants for the development of products for cooling tower and RO Scale inhibitors, Bio dispersants and Biocides. This has led to the development of online scale removers for these plants and boiler plants. This also includes the ability to keep >100 ppm of iron in solution in the RO concentrate. WATER TREATMENT At Aquatrade Water Treatment, we have a manufacturing and blending facility, which has the capacity to provide to market, our proven Inhouse range of Speciality Water Treatment products. EFFLUENT TREATMENT At Aquatrade Water Treatment, we have a vast variety of Coagulation and Flocculation products. We have the ability to blend products in house and tailor make a solution to suit your needs. Our capacity includes for on-site testing and product selection as well as in house laboratory equipment to support selection and performance testing. Hence solving your sedimentation needs is our forte. LABORATORY FACILITIES Our laboratory, while not currently accredited, is fully equipped to perform a comprehensive range of tests on your water samples. We specialize in determining the chemical composition. NOTE: Should we not have the ability to perform the tests you need we should be able to get them done at one of our four accredited laboratories.
