As an Inner Alchemy Coach, I help individuals, leaders and organisations navigate those moments of transition and transformation. Inner Alchemy – the art and science of transmuting your internal energies, like transforming emotional pain into wisdom. Or physical vitality into spiritual awareness. It treats the human body and mind as an active laboratory, where conscious practices accelerate psychological and spiritual growth Through coaching, facilitation and leadership development, I create a space where people can step back, reflect, gain clarity and shift perspective. My work is grounded in a philosophy called The Root of Life, which recognises that sustainable growth begins beneath the surface—in our beliefs, values, experiences and patterns. I often describe my approach as an Apothecary of Service because there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every engagement is thoughtfully curated to meet people where they are and support them in becoming who they are capable of becoming. Ultimately, I help people navigate the distance between where they are and who they are becoming, so that they leave feeling purposefully inspired, courageous and resilient.
