AltGen Employment Services

These solutions can be divided into three distinct service offerings, meeting our client’s unique needs. Contract Employment Services: When clients require proficient HR management or seek to navigate new African markets seamlessly, our Employment Services division serves as the de facto employer, handling all HR procedures on behalf of the client. Workforce Management Services: AltGen's Workforce Management Service offers a comprehensive HR solution on a fixed-term, fixed-cost basis, ensuring full compliance with Economic Development Job Creation commitments. Economic Development Implementation: Renewable Energy projects often operate in remote, underserved communities where skills and job opportunities are limited. Our local development initiatives aim to gain insights into community needs and challenges, fostering meaningful growth and development.
