Labour Dispute Management

Established at a time when our country was poised for
major and radical changes, we identified the need to be
a part of these changes, in particular the labour market.
Continuing changes in legislation and goal posts,
combined with the inherent conflict in the labour
relationship has resulted in issues needing to be
addressed through a framework of rules and regulatory
structures provided by the state.
Effective human resources management, deliberation of
strategies, structures and control systems should
become part of in-house campaigns to establish a fair
working environment. The success of these campaigns
is largely dependent on the preparedness of the
employer.
